Welcome to "Endless Night" -- The "Quintet" Fanlisting. "Quintet" is
a song from the musical West Side Story. It is called "Quintet" because
there are three characters and two groups singing variations of the song
(also from West Side Story) "Tonight," all at once, in different locations
on New York's upper west side. The night will be special for all of
them -- the Jets and the Sharks are preparing for a rumble; Tony and Maria
are preparing to meet up with one another, secretly; and Anita is preparing
for a night of passion with the Sharks' leader, Bernardo. No one is
aware of the grave tragedy that will strike in just a few short hours at
the rumble -- a tragedy that will change all of their lives forever.
What is a fanlisting? A fanlisting is a group of fans from all over
the world of one particular subject. In this case the subject is obviously
the song "Quintet." I've named it "Endless Night" because of the
lyrics in the song, "Oh, moon, glow bright/And make this endless day/Endless
night!" We're also proud to be approved by
