Welcome to "Miss Independent" -- the fanlisting for Princess Rosella of Daventry, a character from the King's Quest computer game series.  Rosella is the beautiful, head-strong daughter of King Graham and Queen Valanice of Daventry, and the twin sister of their other son, Prince Alexander.  Rosella made her debut in King's Quest III: To Heir is Human, when she was captured by a fire-breathing dragon -- she was rescued by her brother, Alexander.  While it was just a cameo appearance toward the end of the game, it was the fans' first look at the stubborn princess with her father's love for adventure and her mother's legendary beauty.  Later, she starred in King's Quest IV: The Perils of Rosella (the first and only KQ game to name in its title one of the members of the royal family) -- in that game she went on a journey to find a magical fruit that would save the life of her ailing father, Graham.  Rosella next starred in King's Quest VII: The Princeless Bride (she was the "bride" without a "prince" as referred to in the title).  In that one, Rosella took it upon herself to try to stop an evil fairy, Malicia, from destroying the land of Eldritch.

What is a fanlisting?  A fanlisting is a group of fans from all over the world of one particular subject.  In this case the subject is Rosella (as I'm sure you've guessed!).  "Miss Independent" is also proud to be approved by The Fanlistings.org.

The graphic in the top banner was captured from the opening sequence of KQ7.  The title of the fanlisting comes from the Kelly Clarkson song by the same name.  I thought it fit Rosella quite nicely.
