Welcome to "Most do Swietokryzst" -- the fanlisting for the novel Tatiana
& Alexander (also published under the name The Bridge to Holy
Cross), written by the amazing Paullina Simons. This book is the
sequel to Simons' previous work, The Bronze Horseman. At the
end of TBH, Tatiana fled the Soviet Union, believing her beloved husband
Alexander to be dead. She eventually makes her way to New York City,
and struggles to build a life for herself and for her and Alex's young son,
Anthony. What she doesn't know is that Alexander is, in fact, still
alive and trapped in war-torn Europe. The novel follows both Tatiana's
story in New York and Alexander's desperate attempts to escape to the United
States. T&A is a novel primarily about great faith and enduring
love that somehow manages to survive against all odds.
