Welcome to "Only a Dream Away" -- the fanlisting for the song "Tomorrow Land"
from the film, An Affair to Remember. The song is sung twice
in the movie -- once by nightclub singer, Terry McKay (this performance is
featured in the banner above) and a second time by a choir of school children,
rehearsing for a Christmas show. I think the song is simply goregous
and is wonderfully bitter-sweet (especially considering the trials that Terry
and her lover, Nicky Ferrante, must undergo throughout the movie). Actress
Deborah Kerr's singing voice was dubbed over by Marni Nixon.
