[Unico got off to a bad start with Beezle by accidentally biting his tail]
Beezle: You dummy! Don't you realize that devils are very ferocious? And now that my daddy's all smashed up, I'm the next Devil of Solitude! So if you've got that straight you better run away before I get angry!


Unico: I just want to be friends.
Beezle: Friends? Hah! Devils don't know the meaning of the word!
Unico: It's the easiest thing in the world. It means that we talk to each other and play together -
Beezle: Does that mean I can call you bad names and punch you in the snoot?
Unico: That's not really the idea.


Unico: If you'll be my friend I'll give you anything you want!
Beezle: Anything?
Unico: Anything.
Beezle: Really and truly?
Unico: Really and truly.
Beezle: Really and truly and truly and truly?
Unico: Yes, just like I said, really and truly and truly and tru - I think I lost count somewhere.


Beezle: What I want is that horn on top of your head.
Unico: Whaaaat??
Beezle: That way I won't have to wait until I'm grown to get my devil's horn. I can just use yours.
Unico: It just that…if you take away my horn I'll lose all my powers.
Beezle: Go on! You expect me to believe that? What did you just finish telling me? That if I became your friend you'd give me anything I wanted, right??
Unico: Please, not my horn!!
Beezle: I get it now. You never really wanted to be friends. It was all a bunch of hooey!


Beezle: After all, I'm Beezle, the Devil of Solitude, and Devils of Solitude are supposed to be alone. Naturally. Goes without saying. So what do I want with a friend? Especially some little runt with a horn on his head.


Beezle: If Unico had never come here I'd be just fine. Now because of him I'm lonely all the time and I don't even like the guy. (begins yelling and kicking his feet and arms) I hate him, I hate him, I hate him, and I hope I never see him again, never!
Unico: (comes back into the castle)
Beezle: (happily) Unico!!!


Beezle: You'll really give me your horn?
Unico: Yes, because I want to be your friend. But you've got to take very good care of it, okay...and you're going to have to make me a promise.
Beezle: Well, what kind of a promise?
Unico: You've got to promise to give it back at the end of one day.
Beezle: What?? Just one day?? I only get it for one day?? You lousy little cheap-skate!! I knew there'd be a catch to it somehow!!
Unico: Does this mean you won't be my friend?
Beezle: (caught off-guard) Oh!! Oh, no, I'll do it, okay.
Unico: You will!?!
Beezle: But of course it means I'll only be your friend for one day!!
Unico: Okay.


[Beezle is wrecking havoc with Unico's horn]
Unico: Don't you know how to play with a friend the right way?
Beezle: Oh, well what do YOU think we should do?
Unico: Well, for example, we could just have a friendly conversation, or we could play a game of hide and seek - have you ever played that?
Beezle: (laughs) We could have a "friendly conversation," huh? Or play "hide-and-seek," huh?


[Beezle is running all over the castle, destroying things with the horn]
Beezle: This is what I call fun! This is how devils like to play! It's a lot more fun than hide-and-seek! It's funner than anything!!


[Unico has fallen into the ocean]
Unico: Beezle, help!!
Beezle: What do you mean by 'help' - my daddy never taught me about that word.
Unico: It means help me! You've got to reach out and rescue me!
Beezle: Aw, you gotta be kidding - devils just don't go in for that kinda thing, ya' know?


Unico: I'm drowning!! Aaaah!!!
Beezle: (yawns) This is getting boring. I think it's time for a nap. (goes back into castle)


Beezle: Maybe I should help him. Naw, devils don't do that kind of nice stuff. Still, I do gotta return his horn to him. I made a promise after all, and devils have to keep their promises - Daddy was always very strict about that.


Beezle: Time sure drags on when you're having fun


[Beezle has decided to rescue the drowning Unico]
Beezle: Oh, look how far out he is, what a dummy!


Beezle: Suffering Satan! I almost forgot -- the ocean's dangerous to us devils! (thinks about it for a moment) No, I made a promise and I've got to keep it. (dives into the water) Geronimo!


Unico: What is it, what's wrong??
Beezle: Unico, the sea is poison to devils. (coughs)
Unico: You mean you knew that and you still saved me?
Beezle: Who said anything about saving you? I just kept my promise.


Unico: I think you love me, Beezle.
Beezle: Huh? What did you say!?!? Love!?!? Yuck! Stop it! Stop it! Yuck!  That word makes me itch all over!!  I love you - what a disgusting idea!!
Unico: Oh come on, Beezle, you know it's true, you do love me - and I love you too.
Beezle: (yelling) Are you trying to kill me all over again? Stop it, I hate it!!


God #1: Oh no! A severe case of happiness has broken out on the Island of the Devil of Solitude!!


[Beezle is throwing a tantrum because the West Wind is taking Unico away]
Beezle: Unico!? Where are you going?? Hey, hey, hey, where do you think you're going and just when I decided to be your friend, too!! Hey, what kind of a devil are you to take Unico away from me? You'd better bring him back here right now!! Unico, I won't let you get away with this! I'll come after you! Now that I'm your friend you don't get rid of me that easy!


[Later in the movie, Unico has been injured trying to rescue his friend Katy...right before he blacks out...]
Unico: Katy...oh, Beezle. West Wind.


[Back on the Island of the Devil of Solitude...]
Beezle: I'm...BORED.


[The West Wind flies by the island]
Beezle: Hey, there you are! You come on down here right now! You're the one who took Unico away from me! Do you hear me? You better tell me where Unico is!! Where is he?? Where is he, huh??
West Wind: Unico is in danger.
Beezle: Whaddya mean he's in danger!? Whaddya mean!?!?
West Wind: He is in grave danger. I'm on my way to him even now. And I must hurry.
Beezle: Aw, well then I'm going, too!! Unico's the only friend I ever had -- you've gotta take me with you!


Beezle: Unico! Unico!
Unico: (waking up) Beezle, is that really you??
Beezle: (hitting Unico on the head affectionately) 'Course it is, you little runt! Who'd you think it was, huh??


[Unico is preoccupied worrying about Katy]
Beezle: Huh. So this is the greeting I get, and after I came all this way?
Unico: Beezle, how did you get here anyway?
Beezle: (points at the West Wind) She brought me.


Beezle: (seeing the Baron's castle) You know...this place...is kinda creepy.


Beezle: (helping Unico rescue Katy) Don't mind me, lady, I'm just a friend of his!


Beezle: (seeing the Baron's demonic form) Wow! That guy's even meaner looking than my dad!


Unico: (about to go and fight the Baron) Beezle, look after Katy!
Beezle: Unico, have you gone crazy?! Come back!!


[Unico is fighting the Baron and losing]
Beezle: (alarmed) Oh no, Unico!! (climbs on top of a tree, summoning his power) Lightning, come to me!!


[Unico is near death]
Katy: Unico, I won't let you die...I'll give up being a human girl, just open your eyes!
Beezle: And I don't need this stupid horn. (takes his horn off and puts it on Unico's head) Look, I'll give it back to you. Please open your eyes.


[After the battle is won, the West Wind takes Unico away]
Beezle: Unico, Unico, where did you go to? (sees Unico and the West Wind leaving) Oh, no, not again, you can't take him away again! (a horn suddenly appears on his head) Hey I don't want a horn, I just want to go with you, take me with you! Unico, you can't get away from me, I'll follow you wherever you go!!
Unico: (sadly) Goodbye Beezle.
